I am disappointed that I didn’t get the size of the shoe that I ordered on the website. The customer service team was responsive but I was disappointed that they were unable to offer exchanges and that I had to pay $100 USD to ship the shoes to England to get a refund.

Shoes are great, however delivery took 5 weeks, initially advised this was due to Chinese New Year but when followed up for an update received no response to two emails and was on verge of registering a dispute on my card when they arrived. Customer service could be better
